What's the best "extra" thing you have done?

Think tours, Segway experiences, Illuminations cruise, ticketed events, etc...
What has been your favorite "extra" little something you have done at WDW?

IllumiNations cruise with the family... my older kids would vote for the Segway tour in Epcot.

That was a ton of fun!
I have a three way tie with that experience, my Segway tour with my son last Christmas and the same tour with my wife, my buddy Ric and his wife this past May.

I haven't done many of the extra bits yet, but I have to say, DB and I enjoyed our private dining experience at the Grand Floridian very, very much!

I'm going to cheat and not pick one
- The GF afternoon tea experiences - first the PP that included Don and his family, then the one during the girls' trip - Both Illuminations Cruises - first with Mousefesters and then during the girls' trip - The Sunrise Safari with AmyK, her mom and my mom
Good times!

I'm having as much difficulty as Sandy with picking one thing! So...
Hair/spa treatments at the Contemporary (what a wonderful friend I found in the CM there!)
Staying concierge level at the Contemporary and AKL, including the Sunrise Safari
And the awesome Illuminations cruise on the girls' trip!
